REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.

We are confident that you will be very happy with our products and appreciate their unique design and qualities. We want to be sure you’re over the moon about your Teexpression product, which are custom created and carefully printed especially for you. Because of this, custom created orders are not returnable, but there’s hope! If your Teexpression order isn’t exactly what you expected, give us a shout out. We’ll gladly replace any items you are unsatisfied with or that arrive damaged or defective within 15 days from your purchase. We’ll work with you to ensure that you’re happy with every Teexpression purchase. Guaranteed.

We are very honest on our Refund and Return policy. If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to return or exchange it (shipping charges excluded), we will gladly assist you to return or exchange. See below in details:

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. It is extremely important to contact us before you decide to return any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error can not be claimed for refund.

To claim for misprinted/damaged/defective items, first contact us at support@teexpression.com, we need the following:

  1. Receipt or proof of purchase
  2. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible
  3. It's very useful to attach a photo to illustrate the problem where possible

    After we received your messages, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to sort things out. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@teexpression.com.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at support@teexpression.com.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Reasons for Returns

    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

    Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

    Returned - It is best to advise to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Teexpression reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
